Pet Policy

  • A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 applies to the 1st pet.
  • A non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 is applicable for the 2nd pet.
  • Monthly pet rent is $20.00 per pet (maximum of two pets allowed).
